What WE DO

Functional fitness at high intensity refers to a training approach that combines real-world movements with intense effort. In other words, it’s about performing exercises that mimic everyday activities (like lifting, pushing, and squatting) while pushing yourself to work hard. This type of training not only improves your strength, endurance, and flexibility but also prepares you for the demands of daily life. Imagine lifting groceries, climbing stairs, or playing with your kids—functional fitness helps you handle these tasks with ease and confidence! 🏋️‍♀️💥

Class Times

Mon to Thu:

  • 5 to 6 in the morning
  • 8 to 9 in the morning (Ladies Class)
  • 15:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon
  • 16:30 to 17:30 in the afternoon
  • 17:30 to 18:30 in the afternoon
  • 18:30 to 19:30 in the afternoon 


Fri:

  • 5 to 6 in the morning
  • 8 to 9 in the morning (Ladies Class)
  • 15:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon
  • 16:30 to 17:30 in the afternoon 


Sat:

  • 8 to 9 in the morning

Cost

3 Times per Week (4 Times including Sat):

  • R 640 per person (per month)
  • R 1015 per couple (per month)
  • Class training any 3 times per week
  • Saturday is free (Including Sat its 4 classes per week)


Unlimited:

  • R 800 per person (per month)
  • R 1390 per couple (per month)
  • As many classes as you want per week 
  • Student / Pensioner R 480 (per month)


Other:

  • R 265 Kids
  • R 70 Drop In

NO CONTRACTS!

You won't be bound to a contract with us. Everything is month to month.
